What We Collect

All Subscribers must accurately complete the Subscriber Sign-up Process (the "Signup Form"). Usually the Sign up Form will be filled out by accessing our internet Sign-up page at http://www.maageinc.com however, a Subscriber may also be asked to fill out a paper version of the Registration Form. The Registration Form may ask for such personal information as a Subscriber's name, address, electronic mail accounts, type of computer equipment, internet browser, telephone number(s), and credit card or banking information (collectively "Subscriber Information"). In order to further tailor our subsequent communications to you and continuously improve our products and services (including registration), we may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, experience with our products, and contact preferences.

How We Use It
Maage Inc. uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. Maage Inc. compiles and maintain databases for its own use of the Subscriber Information provided during sign-up. Maage Inc. may also monitor Subscriber usage of the Service, but not the content of subscriber's faxes, voice mail, electronic mail, or other communications (collectively "Communications"), except in connection a verifiable violation of the Policy of Use reported by another subscriber or affected party. Subscriber further understands and agrees that: (i) Maage Inc. may make use such information to the extent reasonably necessary to effect the operation, administration, management, and promotion of the Service, and; (ii) that Maage Inc. will own the copyright in the compilation of such information. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, to communicate back to you, to update you on service and benefits, and to personalize our web sites for you. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not retained for other purposes. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research or to provide you with marketing information we think would be of particular interest. Maage Inc. will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such direct marketing or market research contact. In addition, Maage Inc. will adhere all local requirements, such as allowing you to opt in before receiving unsolicited contact, where applicable.

Who We Share It With
Maage Inc. will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable Subscriber Information to others. Unless we have your permission or are required by law, Maage Inc. will not otherwise: (i) disclose or use Subscriber Information, or (ii) review/ monitor Subscriber Communications, unless required by applicable law or legal process, or unless it is reasonably necessary to assist authorities investigating a claim involving illegal activity. we will only share the Subscriber Information you provide online with other Maage Inc. entities and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses described above; all such Maage Inc. entities and/or business partners are governed by our privacy policies with respect to the use of Subscriber Information and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Choice
Except as set forth above, Maage Inc. will not use or share the personally Subscriber Information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first letting you know and offering you a choice. Maage Inc. will also provide you the opportunity to let us know if you do not wish to receive unsolicited direct marketing materials from us and we will do everything we can to honor such requests.

Accuracy & Access to Subscriber Information
Maage Inc. is committed to keeping your personally identifiable Subscriber Information accurate. We will provide you with access to your information, including making every effort to provide you with online access to your registration data so that you may view, update or correct your information at the Maage Inc. site where it was submitted. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or enabling you to make corrections. Generally, you may access your personally identifiable Subscriber Information by contacting one of our Customer Service representatives by dialing our toll free Customer Service line at (800) 586-2135 Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Maage Inc. makes use of browser "cookies. Security
Nowhere is privacy more critically important than in our personal communications and our personal information. Maage Inc. is dedicated to protecting our Subscriber's privacy and protecting access to sensitive Subscriber Information. SSL encryption is employed throughout the Maage Inc. site in areas which collect, process, or transfer sensitive data such as credit card information. Once collected, Subscriber Information is maintained on secured, limited access servers in one of our Network Operations Centers ("NOC"); access to Subscriber Information and the NOCS by employees is restricted to senior management and a handful of senior technical personnel. Our NOCS employ a sophisticated electronic firewall, and Maage Inc. has also put in place numerous additional physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Subscriber information we collect online.
