VoIPXtreme IP Phone System works by transmitting and receiving phone calls over the internet. It requires a Cable Modem or High Speed DSL internet connection. High Speed Cable Internet service is recommended if available. Phone call quality is dependant of the stability of the customers high speed internet service. Calling plans are provided via our Tier# 1 IP provider. MAAGE Inc. is responsible for maintaining the Quality of Service from the IP PBX server to the connected extensions and fax within the customers facility. MAAGE Inc. is not responsible for poor Quality of Service from the customers Internet Service Provider. VoipXtreme IP phone system hardware, software, and phone service will be supported.
