Warranty & Return Policy

All of our products carry a one-year limited hardware warranty, which assures customers that the products will conform to their published specifications and will be free from factory defects since the delivery and for a period of one year thereafter providing original documented proof of purchase.

We will be willing to repair or replace the defectives but customers will have to pay for the fee of returning the defectives to MAAGE Inc. and MAAGE Inc. will pay for the fee of sending the replacements if deemed that the problem was a manufacturing deffect.  As for distributors, please aggregate defectives to 10 units or more before exchanging.

However, any damages caused by to the products are excluded from warranty and return policy and customers will be required to pay for the repair and delivery expense.
